Mind-blowing location, super-sized room, jaw-dropping staff, Wi-Fi that rocks, and an elevator!

owners were very nice althou we didn't see them much(cuz we were out all day long). it's a great locotion, just 12-15min walking distance from The Vatican. Ottaviano metro station is just in front of the GH(Guest House) door! Area around is safe, plenty shops, caffeés. Breakfast is served in the caffeé just one block around the corner: you can choose from selection of sandwiches or pastry and ofcourse hot/cold bevereges. And there they make awesome Cafe Latte and Cappuccino.
just when we arrived to the door and buzzed, no one was at the GH at the moment to let us in(althou they said that there are always someone inside), so we went for a lunch. that was the only unconvenient thing, but other than that it was great!

There was no-one there when we arrived-we had a lot of trouble getting hold of anyone and getting in-not much fun after a 2am start! also it was not clear that it was actually a small apartment-not a hotel or guest house! Mahor problem was that we were unable to find the cafe where we were given vouchers for breakfast-we were given wrong instructions several times-it was some distance away-and had a different name on it to the one we were told-and in the opposite direction-so we had to buy breakfast everyday-till we found it on the last day.

Had a great stay at Vatican City Guest House. The location was wonderful, just a short walk to the metro station and Vatican. The room was clean, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty. a pleasant experience.
I really enjoyed not having hot water for the whole week and the absence of Wi-Fi. It was a refreshing change to not have toilet paper and deal with the previous guests' trash.

Great location! Close to metro and bus stations. You are almost in Vatican! Good wi-fi. Only four rooms but friendly staff is always there whatever you need.
Hot water only during night but it seems that it is problem related with Rome, not with this hotel.

The location was perfect, right next to the Vatican and within walking distance to many great restaurants and gelaterias. Our room was always tidy and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, which was much needed after a long day exploring. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage and pick it up later on the day of our departure. the breakfast provided was a nice touch as well. great value and a wonderful experience.
Nothing at all 😊

It's near to Vatican (600m) and Ottaviano Metro Station (20 m). Although the building is a little rundown, the apartments are as a new. It works like a guest house and the service was timely and effective.
The breakfast is very small: one cornetto (croissant) and one capuccino served at the bar under the apartments. The bar services is ok.

Not alot that we liked about the hotel, perhaps the condition of the room
The person we were asked to contact to confirm time of our arrival didnt speak a word of english. When we arrived to the guest house as per the address on Booked.net we were taken to their second guest house, named the same which in reality is about 20 mins away from the train station and the city. When asked to get the WiFi password they refused to give us saying it isnt available. Booked.net clearly stated that they have free Internet. When argued about above two issues we were told to either nicely f off and find another place or shut up and stay here! If we didnt like anything we could contact their office, whose contact numbers are nowhere to be found.

Great location and breakfast.
Bed size didn't match what I asked for. It has an early morning check out.

It was a perfect place to spent 4 days in Rome. The location could not be better - 5 min walk from Vatican, 10 min to St Angel Castle. Metro station is just around the corner. There is a lot of restaurants near the place (Italian, Turkish, McDonalds, Burger King). The room was clean, very stylish with a big bathroom/ air conditioning / cable tv. We were welcomed by a very charming woman who was waiting for us till 11.30 P.M. to hand us the key. The breakfast was served in the room (croissant, capuccino, marmolade and nutella). Small breakfast but good for the beginning of the day. If we visit Rome next time we will definately chose this place again.

It was convenient, a walk to the Vatican and the Metro was outside the door at the corner. Newly renovated rooms and bathrooms.City neighborhood was good.
The first look at the outside doors, lobby and one person old elevator was shocking to our group. Hotel name mix up landed us here instead of where we were intended. This is more like a flat of four bedrooms. The biggest problem here is there is no service staff to help single, non Italian speaking women. Had to bump our luggage down the steps when leaving as alone we couldn't trust the elevator.
